I thought it was quite excessive to have to schedule in what I’d do in my free time or for things like commute time, but if you don’t account for the time in your day, you can run the risk of wasting time frivolously. I’ve read books on this and even watched Youtube videos to help with adapting the right time management framework to schedule my time on.
